JIM NICKEL

For the past decade, I have had the opportunity to work for my own business where I am almost always in the outdoors helping to construct homes and pools, literally from the ground up. 

At Jameson, we pay attention to detail first and foremost. We are very involved with the homeowner during the design and build process, making sure to offer flexibility and understanding. We don’t build a home for the client, we build the home with the client.

As the father of three and the husband of my college sweetheart, I recognize the importance and meaning of a home. Simply put- this is why I love my job. Outside of the office, you can find me hunting and spending time with my kids at our property in Junction! We love to enjoy the outdoors.

BRENT KAZ

I have been a Managing Partner with Jameson Luxury Homes and Pools LLC for the past 13 years. Specializing in custom home building and remodeling/renovation work, including facilitating relationships with new clients, plan design, interior design, budget creation, and custom building.

At Jameson, options in the selection are virtually unlimited. We realize that each person has a different vantage point and goal, so our intention is to truly capture that vision and assist in taking the one-dimensional plans to the three-dimensional reality. We use fresh ideas, host focus group meetings, and on-site evaluations to ensure that we deliver a high-quality well-built custom home. 

I work hard so that I can play hard! I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I am happy in the outdoors cooking on the grill, playing on the golf course, catching a game, or performing the occasional housework and organization needed at home!
